I have a problem machine which can recieve email but cannot send email. The email is put in the sent items folder and they receive no error messages. I had them try the test button in the email accounts page and it passes all tests.

Using Outlook 2003 I can send out emails with no problem. However, I get an 0x8007007E error when trying to receive emails. Have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the program; no help. Tested the system using Outlook Express - no problem sending or receiving. Any ideas?

Once every couple of days my computer will suddenly shutdown, this happens when I am using outlook' 03. ie. composing a message of deleting something. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

we had to restore the message database on our outlook 2003 server. now, one of our users has 8 messages (3 unread) in her deleted items folder. the messages have no subject, recipient, sent date or message. they do have a received of "none". you cannot open them but you can see them

I have tried setting up Microsoft Outlook for my account on Yahoo Japan, and I have the POP3 and SMTP paths for it, but when i try to do the test run, it stops and asks me to log on...so i do...and then it keeps popping up over and over again asking me to log on for the POP3 ...
