I have owner permission to our SalesAdmin mailbox. When I right click on a subfolder in SalesAdmin mailbox and click on Move Folder "folder name", outlook come with a message box saying: Cannot copy this folder because it may contain private items.

I hav e a lot of mail rules that sort incoming mails in subfolders of the INBOX. But now I want to see a list of all mails, sorted on date, independent of the folder structure of the INBOX.

Quick question I hope We have two sites, different domains, two Exchange servers, vpn connection between them (not set up yet)Is it possible to set up outlook so that it read mail from both domains?

I use Outlook in disconnected mode all the time. I have set up Outlook to start a VPN connexion automatically. Then when I press the "send & receive" button here what happen each time. 1- The VPN start automatically.

Can someone tell me how to stop this? I'm using Outlook in Office 2000 When I send a new email message it uses the default email box. Fine. But when I reply, it uses the first email box in the accounts list, irrespective of which address the original was sent to..

i am having issues sending emails in outlook. i can send emails most of the time. i usually use a LAN or WLAN connection with my laptop. when i use those connections i can send emails just fine.
