I'm using outlook 2000. When I reply to an email the address used to send the reply defaults to the first address in the list which can be found in "message options" "send message using". This is irrespective of the address the email was originally sent to.

Is it possible to prepare an e-mail and have Outlook send it on a scheduled date and time? Does it matter that I use Outlook on my company's server? What steps do I need to take to make sure my e-mail is sent? For example, do I need to leave Outlook open or for that

I asked this yesterday but respondants asked for more information. I want to add an additional email account, but I am not sure how email is retrieved and sent by a different email account with the same profile. I am using both 2002 (desktop) and 2003 (laptop).

Hello Group, I'm sure there must be a shortcut to insert in an email (notes, appoint. etc.) the present Date & Time with out having to type it manually. Example: Key-combination (xxxx) returns: "Wednesday, July 26, 2006 1:05 PM"

If I add an additional email account to my current profile (POP server), how do I access it? I do not understand how to switch back and forth between email accounts in the same profile. Do I have to change the default email account everytime I want to access the other account?

Product: Outlook 2003 When you export a PST file and then import it onto another computer, is it able to maintain the Activities tab items? Using an Exchange Server is not an option at the present time.
