I'm using outlook 2000. When I reply to an email the address used to send
the reply defaults to the first address in the list which can be found in
"message options" "send message using".
This is irrespective of the address the email was originally sent to.

I want to add an additional email account, but I am not sure how email is
retrieved and sent by a different email account with the same profile. I am
using both 2002 (desktop) and 2003 (laptop).

I'm sure there must be a shortcut to insert in an email (notes, appoint.
etc.) the present Date & Time with out having to type it manually.

If I add an additional email account to my current profile (POP server), how

When you export a PST file and then import it onto another computer, is it
able to maintain the Activities tab items? Using an Exchange Server is not
an option at the present time.

I just got a checksum CRC error on it.  I can't pull down mail
and the OS won't let me rename so that I could put new PST

Hello!!
Here is my problem.  I have 2 execs and 2 admin assistants. After the
push of Office 2003 SP2, their rules either started disappearing or
just stopped running.  Here is the configuration of each.
