I have multiple PST folders on my local machine -- however, only one of
them has all the default folders (Inbox, Sent Mails) --- other just
have the folders I had created.
I would like to have a 'Sent Mails' folder in each of my PST folders

Outlook keeps trying to send a file that is way too large. I didn't notice
it was so large until after a few days of OL being extremely slow and
using up my CPU at 100%.  How can I delete this file?
I have tried going to the outbox and selecting delete, but it will not delete.

My Outlook 2003 frequently crashes with the error message "Microsoft Outlook
has encountered a problem and needs to close." I think it always happens
during a send/receive (I have about 25 email accounts).

installed during rollout.  Can you briefly explain the steps required?
Or does Microsoft have a fix?

Has anyone had any success using the Live Meeting Add-in with outlook

How can I add a Read Receipt button to an Outlook 2003 toolbar? I can't seem
to find it anywhere in the normal toolbar customization stuff. Iwould like
to be able to click this button to get a receipt on selected emails I send
out.

I have been using Outlook 2003 for over a year without problem, and now
when I open the application the automatic send/receive doesn't execute.

I downloaded and installed the outlook 2003 backup utility directly
from MS, install completed with no problems. However, when I go to File
-- "Backup", there is no "Backup" icon to click on; for some reason it
has been omitted from the menu despite a successful installation.
