I need to restrict a user from closing out of a task if the completed date is later than the due date without putting something in the description. I have tried to look at macro's but couldn't find anything valuable there. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have just gotten Office 2003 installed on my pc at work. In the 2000 version of Outlook I was able to view the discussion groups, but unable to post. That was okay. When I am at work I used the discussion group website to view and post.

I have to appologize as I may ramble on this one. I am not totally sure of the correct terminology, but will try not to confuse the terms. I am currently using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro. I want to be able to designate a global contacts (folder?) for company use.

I have created a new profile for a user on an XP machine, and the Scanner option no longer appears in the Insert menu when editing a new email. Is there an easy way to get this back? Thanks,

If I forward a mail I have received then I cannot view this in Sent Items until I have used the search function to find the mail.. After I do this the forwarded email is seen in the Sent Items window. I suspect that this is not how Outlook should perform.

How do I setup outlook for its first use? I have tried to set Outlook up to read from my hotmail accounts &/or my service providers email inbox but niether have worked.... With Hotmail it said payment required and with Webace it wouldnt work (not really sure why)

There is a conflict between Word and Outlook that really "bugs" me. If Outlook is running Word will not run correctly. I hate having to shut down Outlook in order to use Word. For what it is worth, I can make the window smaller [minimize] but when Word is as big as it can get, ...
