If I use the Outlook Backup under the files menu will ALL the files and settigns associated with Outlook be backedup? For example will all my email rules be backedup. I am using a laptop and I am the only user.

when using ie6 owa is diplaying the folders ok but the 2 panes for viewing the messages and viewing an individual email content is blank with 'loading.....' message in one of the blank panes. It never actually loads anything into these 2 panes.
