What is the file type of Outlook's Calendar and Contacts? I need t save it before reformatting my computer. Is it the Outlook.pst stored in the Local Settings/Applicatio Data/Outlook folder? Please let me know.

I upgraded my Outlook to 2003 and simply copied my O97 pst. Now I have learned that the new version of Outlook gets rid of the 2gig limit. My question is how to efficiently convert the old version to the new. Could someone give me the steps?
