I have dozens and dozens of rules.  Is there someway, other than checking
each one individually to run them ALL when choosing the Run Rules Now feature?

In yahoo I set up Outlook to deliver mail in it's correct folder. For example
if I had an email with Sign Me Up in the subject line it would automatically
download to the Sign Me Up folder in my folder list. Is there email filters
in Outlook?

Yes, I have checked the send mail immediatly box.  I tried a repair on
office, it still didn't fix.  I create emails, hit send and they stay
in my outbox (one is permanent and won't go away).  To send them, I
close Outlook, then reopen and launch.  Voila, they start sending

Is there anyway to sync a laptop and PC, i.e. by using MS Activesync?

We have a user who is using Outlook 2003 and moves most emails to a PST file
which is considered archived email data.
They have reached the Max limited on this PST file of 1.99GBs and its not
letting them open the PST file.

Probably quite simple but I cant find the option - when I open Outlook it
goes strait to my Inbox - I want it to go to the Outlook Today screen.  Any
thoughts?

I followed the instructions to purge the deleted items in Inbox.... nothing
appeared to happen but when I closed out of Outlook and was asked if I wanted
to permantely delete these items,I said yes ....it works for me.

new to this I am trying to set up my outlook.  I know to use POP3 but where
do I get the rest of the info needed?

About 3 or 4 days ago, I get that message every time I start Outlook
2000.  This appears to have begun immediately after an automatic Windows
Update.  When I click for "more information" I get the following.

I am using Outlook 2003 on a WinXP Pro PC in standalone (no Exchange
connection).  I am
getting this error message when trying to access a folder from one of the
shortcuts.

I ADDED THE ARCHIVE pst FILE INTO MY OUTLOOK. IN THE PERSONAL FOLDER. I JUST
FOUND THE "SENT ITEMS" AND CALENDER IN THE FOLDER. ARE THERE OTHER
INFORMATION IN THE pst FILE? WHAT ARE THEM?  THANKS.
