hi i have not been able to display pictures or graphics in recived e-mails no
matter what settings i change so far all i get are the outline of the boxes
where they should be can anyone help please

OUTLOOK ASKS FOR PASSWORD BEFORE SENDING E-MAIL ON PEOPLE PC,  BUT WON'T
ACCEPT PASSWORD.  CAN'T SEND OR RECEIVE MAIL. HOW DO I DO AWAY WITH PASSWORD

Hi. I've managed to point my pst file from my old pc to my new one so have
all my mail and contacts but how does one transfer all the email accounts?

When I attach word and powepoint documents to my emails from Outlook,
one Mac user who is one of my busines partners cannot see the
attachments.  Other people using PCs and Macs do get the attachments.
I'm using Outlook 2003 Small Business Edition with Service Pack 2

i created a rule to moving all incoming email from exchange server to a specific
folder of 2003 pst.
And it works fine but only on yesterday it ate up all incoming email & can't
find in the specific folder.

My Unread folder dissappeared.
How do I recreate that search folder?

How do I set up an automatic 'Out Of Office' message?

I have a Windows Mobile PDA. I had it set up to sync to Outlook. I
reinstalled Windows on the computor, and then Activesync. I replaced the
Outlook data file so I had all my contacts back, then synced my PDA. It
updated all contacts, and afterwards the headings in the Address ...

I have tried everything and it keeps saying server not available? please help.

I'm trying to make outlook my default email, but if I go to internet
option/program/email, OUTLOOK is not listed and as have Eudora this is the
only program available.

Certainly there must be a way to specify where to save my sent email as I
send them individually so that they all don't just end up in one folder,
"Sent Items".  Currently to manage sent email I must send the email then go
to the "Sent Items" folder and move that email to the ...

Can anybody recommend a good program for sending faxes through exchange?
Any help you can give will be much appreciated.

Why is this?

we have about 13.000 mailboxes and want to delete a special spam rule (a
hidden rule in Rules Wizard) from all mailboxes. Does anybody have a tool or
a script to do that via bulk upload. I tried to do this via exmerge, but it
doesn't work.
