One of our execs has lots of sub-folders under his inbox (Exchange account). Something glitched and all of his views no longer have the "FROM" column. I know how to add it back, but is there some way to add it back for a folder plus ALL sub-folders?

When I click a hot link in my Outlook 2003 I don't get any action, what settings do I need to make this happen, I always could perform this in Outlook Express all versions. Hot Links that are in blue letters. John in Ks

I haven't installed Outlook since Office 2000. One reason I don't use it is because there is no integrated newsreader, I just installed Office 2007 beta and apparently still no newsreader. Why not ? I don't want to use Outlook Express as well as Outlook.

I need to access some very old email that has aparently been archived. How is this done? at some point while i was doing some self-help effort i got a message saying something about archive cannot open because of security on computer. I figure i was doing it incorrectly.
