I was able to setup two accounts using Outlook, in order to send and receive emails from two seperate accounts. I notice when it comes to sending email, Outlook gives you a pulldown to choose which account you are sending from.

I had to reload my system from scratch, so I backed up my old .pst file, reloaded the system including Office 2003, and then copied my old .pst file named Outlook.pst to the C:\Documents and Settings\Tom\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\ directory. From here I did

Can't remember exactly when this problem started, but it has been going for several weeks now and it is driving me nuts. The problem only occurs the first time I turn on my computer each day, and after about 5 or so minutes it clears itself.

This is Outlook 2003 running on Exchange 2003 and this is happening to only one user. This users mail changes from read to unread after couple of minutes. We have disabled the reading pane, removed all rules, and disabled reading pane

When an email is forwarded a couple of times or so, sometimes it has a bar running down the left side, one bar per forward. How can you get rid of this - is there a format option, or some other function that will remove it and leave the original email intact?

When I use Word as an E-mail editor in Outlook, with the format set to HTML, single spacing shows up as double spacing when viewed on web email programs such as Hotmail. How can I prevent this? thanks.

I have outlook 2003 and often the emails give all indications of being sent i.e. going through the outbox to Sent items but never get delivered. once that happens even tiny emails sent to myself won't get delivered. Interestingly the Outlook test message works and does get

I am new XP user. I have set up separate XP accounts for me and for my wife. I would like to have both of us to be able to use the same Outlook email address. How do I set up Outlook so that the 2 XP accounts look at the same Inbox, Sent Items, Address Book, etc.?

Some time, some e-mails get stuck in outbox not going out, just sits there when there is no apparent reason. I select the e-mail in outbox --> right click--> Options, I see that e-mail "Save Sent E-mail to" = Unknown

I would like to send an email to all of my contacts in a particular category, but several have multiple email addresses. I filter my contacts by category, highlight the specific one I want to use and use "Action" -> New message to contact.
