On same PC, I can not send email through Outlook 2007 but OE/Outlook 2003.

More often then not when I click to open an email in my inbox I get this MSOO
pop-up with a checkbox, checked telling me MSOO has encountered a problem and
needs to close. Has this been an issue for others and is there a fix.

Messages are getting stuck in the Outbox with Exchange Server. Send/Receive
will deliver them but I don't want to click on Send/Receive each time.

Quite frequently all my appointments marked with "All day event" will
forget this option and become a 2 day event. This happens whenever I
change my computer's timezone setting. Is there a way to tell Outlook
that I really want an appointment to be an "All day event" regardless

I am receiving the same messages a number of times to my outlook express
mail box.  Sometimes I have 5 or 6 of the same message.

I recently reloaded XP and Office 2003 on my computer.  My email is a POP3
account.  I also use Norton Antispam for spam.
