I've noticed that the hyperlinks do not work on the messages sent to my junk
folder and also, the images are not available.
If I un junk a message or drag it to my inbox, both of the former behavior

I'm using Office 2003 and in particular OUTLOOK. In my time with Outlook
Express there was a facility which automatically saved a senders email
address in the Address Book but I can't find a similar function in
Outlook.How do I address this problem?

I've only found HTML -> Plain Text -> RTF, but no way to bypass plain

I install a Windows XP and Office 2003 (with outlook 2003). After that, I
update the Windows SP2. I cannot open .htm file as normal. The .htm was
become a attachment and cannot open after double click the file . Can any

In OUtlook 2003, I have duplicate personal folders.  
I tried right clicking to close the duplicate but the close options is
"greyed out".
I tried Control Panel, Mail, Profiles; but there is only one outlook

not replied are shown up in a seperate color.
I am able to set mails to me to be dispalyed in a different color (Tools -->
Organise --> Using Colors) but am unable to set both "replied" & "mails to
