Is there a way that we can personalise email templates in Outlook 2003? For example, in the e-mail template we want to have "Dear person'sname" rather than addressing everyone in the same way "Dear pariticpant". If there isnt a way, could anyone recommend how they are working around

I have searched through the palm assist site and know that the handheld has outlook conduits. Does anyone know if outlook student/teacher 2003 has the capability to synchronize with a palm zire72? I have no problems syncing with office 2003 at work.

In outlook 2003 you could not use the new Unicode format for .PST files - and were stuck with the (97-2002) format file. Has this changed in outlook 2007? Thanks!

I moved some files from one IMAP account to another. Now Outlook 2003 lists all the moved files as though they were received when I moved them. So two years' worth of email showing pretty much the same arrival time. If I open the same Inbox with Thunderbird, they all look fine. ...
