I am trying to start a telecommute job and began using the free download of office (current). My son sent me a new in box Office sp pro 2002. Stupid me, I didn't think to uninstall that before I installed 2002. Everything else so far works but my outlook.

I copied the outlook.pst file to my new computer and I thought it all worked, but the Contact finder doesn't find anything no matter what I enter. How do I fix this?

Is there a utility/procedure for testing/fixing Outlook? I was working with Outlook and for some reason it freezes the whole system (WinXP) when I launch. Even if I click a link in the browser that launches a mail doc (e.g. Craigslist reply) once it loads the system freezes.

MS Automatic Update has downloaded a whole buch of updates, but I cannot get any of them to install, either singly or at shutdown. It looks like one of them might just cure my persistent junk mail problem, if only I could get XP Pro to take it on board. Anyone any ideas?

I want to create individual email accounts with individual signatures in Outlook 2002 for a friend. I can do this easily for myself in 2003 but can't see a way in 2002. Is it a question of having to upgrade?

I have a user that has 2 strange problems with his Outlook 2003 SP2. When replying to an email or writing a new one, he starts typing then goes to use another app and comes back to finish his email. He sends it and the receiver only gets what he typed at first, not the stuff
