A user is unable to receive email from a contact (she could previously). How
do I resolve this problem? The last message received was on 10/10/06. The
user has not been able to receive messages from this contact since then.

Is there a way to have sound-only notification of new mail and not the
pop-up?
The pop-up sometimes interferes when I'm typing in other windows. This
is Outlook 2000.

I've been using Office/Outlook 2003 for 2 or more years. I have a
problem I've never seen and can't find a fix.
I had my settings configured to consider an email 'read' after it had
been viewed in the reading pane for 5 seconds.  It's been set like that

I've noted when I send an email Outlook stores *internally* the receiver
email address: why?

I migrated to new PC, using the Microsoft Files and Settings Wizard
[transferring settings only].
Using Outlook v.10.6515.6817  SP3 [and fully updated]
Windows MCE 2005 -- all patched, updated, etc.

I've been using signatures with Outlook in Outlook 2000, XP and 2003 without
many problems.  There are a few quirks I notice when using Outlook 2007 Beta
Technical Refresh with email signatures.  If anyone has any suggestions please
reply to this thread.  BTW, I use Word 2007 for ...

I want to make outlook more discriminating in terms of filtering out
junk emails. Under Actions->Junk Emails, I can set the filter from low
to high, but how do you do this without having some good emails go into
the junk email folder and losing them?

I have a regular contact list, and within this list I have two
subcontact lists.  One is personal, and the other is personal business.
How can I password protect the personal and personal business lists?
