Office OL 2003 SP2
I use a particular font for composition of my emails.  But that font does
not appear to be available in Word (Office Word 2003 SP2). (And the font
doesn't show up in the Windows/Fonts folder.)

Outlook 2003 - My Inbox icon shows 310 items but screen only shows the twenty
most recent emails. How do I recover and show the others which I assume must
have been autoarchived ?

I want to take backup of my Inbox, Outbox, from Mocrosoft outlook and I also
restore it into Outlook Express.
Could you please tell me the procedure?

Is there a way in Outlook (or from an Exchange 2003 Server) to have
e-mails with embedded pictures NOT show the picture until you click on
it, or automatically move any emails with Embedded pictures to a
specific folder?

I have a number of Notes saved for Outlook 2003 and I have lost them in the
past because I assumed they we're saved along with my Archieve information,
only to find out later they were not.  Had to start creating them from
scratch which was a pain.  How can Outlook 2003 NOTES be ...

I am trying to use Outlook for the first time and keep getting the error
message above.  I have talked to Bigpond and they could not help.  Outlook
express works fine.

Ive been having some problems setting up Outlook Security Settings, to
allow a macro in excel to send mails without promting if the users
wants to allow an automated email to be sent.

Instead of just showing the sender's name, I want the 'new mail' list to show
the entire email address.  Is there a way to do this?  For example, I want
the 'from' field to show 'bill.smith@hotmail.com' as opposed to just Bill

It seems I end up w/ multiple (2-3 instances) "outlook.exe" entries in
my task manager, which I need to End Task to get to close.

just want to know if I can set rule for BCC user ?
eg.   I am in BCC list, I want to set rule if I am in BCC list, then move to
a folder

How to display BCC filed by default when you try to send an email?
It was there in perviously version. Now, you have to click on VIEW,
.... to enable it.

I would like to make my outlook calander look like a diary; you know, with a
week a page and a spiral down the center.
Is there an add on or way to achieve this differnet look.
Have searched but the words are so generic I cant google a logical reply.

At users screen always displays X number of unread messages depending on the
