I don't seem to be able to save my template ( with a footer disclaimer) so that it opens every time I hit the new message button. Can anyone help and tell me where the actual new message template is and what its called. Thanks

When I create a new message, and want to send an e-mail with a pdf attachment, and after I hit the "Send" button, my mail just sits in the Outbox folder, with no movement. What am I doing wrong all of a sudden???

Apparently there is no built-in functionality to Outlook 2002 to automatically add contacts that you either send or reply to. However, I found some code that uses Redemption library to add a new contact whenever you send to an email not in your contact list.

I have a client that uses Outlook 2000 for e-mail. About a week ago, she started complaining that everyone that she sent PDFs (Ex. Document.pdf) that they were receiving PDF= (Ex. Docuement.pdf=). This is only happening with PDF files, not word documents or anything else.

I'm trying to setup new contacts and once I put in a fax Number for a contact Two of the Same contact names appear. Under Email type it says fax and under email address it say the name @ the fax number fro example joe@+1416-555-5155. Can some one help me to have this stop ...

I inadvertently deleted the "Unread Mails" link presented in the Favourite Folders pane (left side Top). I was not able to undo the mistake by pressing 'Ctl+z'. I need the link back in my Favourite Folders pane.

Is there a way to synch Outlook on two computers? I end up with some email on my laptop and some on my desktop - it would be nice if the two could be synched so that I could have all of my email on both computers.

On eof my users managed to change something that we cannot re-create. When they have an email in HTML format it prints on two separate pages - ie it is split. When they print an email in rich text or plain text it prints normally. I cannot re-create this issue and thus cannot ...
