Using Outlook 2000, when I get an email with a MS Word attachment, I double-click on it but it will not open. Basically, nothing happens. I have to save the file to my disk and then open it. I don't have this same problem with Excel. Any idea why?

I use Outlook 2000 and Windows XP. When I compose a message and click on Send, the message appears in my Outbox. The messages are transmitted, but they still reside in Outbox. No sent message appears in the Sent folder, though I have selected the option for transmitted messages ...

I was using Netscape for a web browser and e-mail, but decided to switch to IE and Outlook so I uninstalled the Netscape stuff. But now Outlook can't find my old Netscape e-mail folders and messages. Is there any way that Outlook can locate all of my old Netscape e-mails?

I have a user that is running Office XP SP3. When she replys to certain emails it places her reply over the top of the original message and it obviously makes it hard to read. Her mail account is on a Windows 2000 SP4 box running Exchange 2000 SP3.
