How can I find out which folder an email is in?

Outlook XP. Autoarchive prompted user to archive. It was set up to go to a
network folder, however the the nework share is there but the specific
folder is not (ie originally it went to\ \server name\ \Homedirectory
folder\JoeUser. The home directory changed to a different server, ...

One of the users on our network is reporting problems when he tries to
use the Outlook Web Access screens through Internet Explorer.  When he
tries to open or send an email using WebAccess, he finds that his
personal copy of Outlook2000 loads up.

I've got a small Access database which holds client information about
services they use with our company.
Some of these services have to be renewed annually and it would be great
if I when I enter in the database that a client has paid for a service,

I am using Outlook 2000 on a Windows Terminal server.

I want to find contacts according to their birthdates but grouped by
months. For example in Advance Find if I choose "this month" Condition,
it should display only those contacts with birthdate in October.

My PST file size has exceeded 4GB on a FAT32 harddrive. Outlook is preventing me from deleting mails as it has trouble writing to the PST file. But if it doesnt allow me to delete mails, I cannot reduce the PST file size back to below 4GB. What should I do?

I can’t open web site links any body sends me in outlook, get message saying
“This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
Computer. Please contact your system administrator"

What this does is bring up the Send Message window, where I just type
