I have a folder which I transfer all privet email which does not belong to
the business, can I put a password on that folder so anyone looking in my
comuter should not be able to open it?

Outlook 2003 "Full Name..." field in contact screen reversed.
I am using XP, with Outlook 2003.
For some reason, all my 800 contacts are having a problem.
When I open the contact screen the "Full Name... " field is displaying names

I have been asked to supply the contents of an Inbox in some sort of

When I go to send a new email the style is stuck on "Normal" which is
double spacing.  How do I make the Format Text to "No Spacing" the

I'm using Outlook 2002.  In the past I was delegate for other people
and opened their calendars and/or inbox using the "Open Other's
Folder..." option.  Once I did it once, their folders stayed listed for
me to go back to later.  However, I don't want them listed there

I have tried to customize the display in Outlook Today, but it only gives the
option to show 1 through 7 days displayed. Is there a way to show more than
the 7 days? I would love to see two weeks, or more displayed, so that I do
not have to go to the monthly calendar.

As the subject suggests, I am getting duplicate emails everytime outlook
access my pop account.
I have set the pop setings to leave a copy on the server as my main computer
is at home and downloads all emails there.
