Got this strange computer not showing the Mail icon in the Control Panel. I'm in Classic View, and Outlook is installed and in use for one profile currently. I need to setup a second profile, but can't since I can't find the Mail icon... !

Whenever I send HTML mail with embedded images they are received by other clients as attachments which cannot be read, but the same message to other outlook users in the same organisation are received ok with no attachments. Any suggestion?

When sending an email to several people or to a group and instead of putting the addresses in the BCC box, is there a way to send it but have the person viewing it (the recipient) see ONLY their own name to the To field? Thanks,

I have imported my IMAP mail account and want my "mail" folder expanded and my account Inbox open so I can see it when I log in. This is easy to do manually, but when I log out and re-open outlook it just goes back to a default

Help me to help a friend please! They have deleted everything in the DELETED folder of OUTLOOK. But now need some of the emails that have gone ...... Is there a freeware prog or easy way of recovering these deleted e-mails from the now empty deleted folder please?

I'm using Outlook 2003 on Win XP SP2. What would effect how much memory Outlook uses? I've noticed it jumping around all over the place between say 30Mb - 300Mb of RAM. Although I don't understand what's causing the behaviour.

I want to be able to archive ALL my mail messages received in 2000 (my mail file is 3 GB in size). It would seem that nothing that I try will work. Each time I attempt this nothing is archived and all the mail messages remain in the mail file.
