I archive large amounts of email every week. Is there a way to search for messages in the archives and in the current messages at the same time?

I updated my Outlook to 2003, now it is constantly asking for an LDAP server. I just want use my contacts/ address book. How do I explain that to Outlook? I mean automatically so that I don't have to go through the dialogue where I can choose been the server or my address book.

I have a remote user/co-worker that has Comcast email. Every 15 seconds (we literally timed it) a box asking for a username and password pops up. I had him call Comcast for help, and they said it's a VPN issue, and they can't help.

Is there a way, either built-in to Outlook 2003 or through third party software that will display contacts in a alphabetical list when composing a mail message? Specifically, the user wants to be able to select a letter, e.g. "A", "B", "C", etc... when composing a message

I'm running Exchange 2000/2003 and would like to be able to view the contents of a Notes/Domino mailbox from within the Outlook client. (in the same way that I can open another Exchange mailbox that I have permissions for and see both in the folder tree)

In our office we are using Windows XP Professional SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP1. We also have Adobe Acrobat 7 professional in our offices. When we open Outlook (2002 version 11.8002.6360 SP1), the Adobe PDF takes up one entire row of 3 icons of the toolbar. We never use PDF
