I have OUTLOOK 2003 and have assigned categories to my CONTACTS folder. I would like to create mailing labels from my CONTACT folder using the filter of CATEGORY. Specifically, I am trying to print address labels for my contacts categorized by XMAS CARDS!

Hi... The Outlook 2003 rules management is very poor to say the least. I have my PST file on a portable USB connected HDD cabinet. This way I can connect it to any of my PC's and always be updated.
