I have been searching for a pst backup tool. Found the Microsoft Outlook
Personal Folders Backup tool, but did not find if it dose the backup
incremental (just add the new data, not copy the whole .pst every time), if
not, anybody  know of such?

I tried to delete it and now it is saying the set of folders cannot be

A customer with Outlook 2003 is reporting that some of his Address Book
entries are listed as Firstname Surname, even though he has configured

When I go to any of my mail folders even with mail in them it shows
nothing.  If you click on filter you get the above message.  If you
uncheck it the mail shows.  I tried clearing the SQL message many times
it just keeps coming back.

unable to remove the second occurrence I have only one entry in data
management. I would be happy to rename the current Outlook.pst and then

I have two users that would like to share their contacts. Is the best way to
do this to create a public contacts folder and only allow them access to it?
Also what's the best way to get certain contacts from their Outlook contacts

Error (Cannot open this Item) comes up when I do a Search with in my
Mail and try to up it. My mailbox is huge and has a lot of folders
because I have to keep all my mail. But when I go to where the email is
located I can open it with no problems.

How can I get reminders and 'new email' indications without Outlook being
open?  Ideally, when my computer starts up, I'd like whatever service is
necessary to accomplish this to start automatically.
