I see all my emails, but if our secretary makes a connection to my
email-box than certain emails are not seen by her, although she has
full access to my inbox.

I would like to create a .PRF file with Outlook Resource Kit 2003, to set up
an Exchange account.
My plain is to install this PRF file using the /importprf directive.
Will this 2003 .PRF file work also with Outlook 2000 and 2002?

i did not configure it correctly, so now it wont open at all. how do i
reconfigure and get it to open? then, once i do have it open, how do i
configure properly, in order to avoid this?

Hi all - I need some help with a complicated problem.
I am working on a PST file that was recovered from some old data.
Unfortunately, the recovery put contact data in the wrong places.  Here
are a few examples:

I keep getting missing parts of text and menus within outlook. for example
the inbox is missing the x and the outbox is missing the x and sent items is
missing half of the m and the s ditto with all the other boxes. I have run
the repair tool but I still have the problem.... what ...

I have set customized view to display my messages as "none" grouping, but
whenever I switch to other folder I'll always see my messages have been
grouped by date when I come back to inbox

but they do not always work and the mail finishes up in the junk mail
folder.  I understand the rules don't work on emails which are in html
format.  Messages in the junk mail folders are always converted

up until a few days ago .... i had the great little 'semi-transparent' alert
notification bubble visible whenever new emails would show up. .... then for
some strange reason they dont appear anymore????????   hlp pls.....
i still receive the tray icon and the 'ding' sound when new ...

I installed this plugin and am running into a weird condition.  When I
open an appointment, the new "location" tab is present, but there is a
message indicating I need to install the Add-in.  Of course, I already
have-- and this is confirmed by its presence in Add/Delete Programs,
