I can not send any e-mail because Outlook is looking for a "Digital

Whenever I have a user replying to a message in Outlook, he will recieve a
relay error message.  He then has to create a new email and copy the body

I can receive and open all attachments without a problem, however I am unable
to send powerpoint, video clips or photographs. There is an error but it just
flashes up on the screen and I am unable to click on it.

We have an addin application developed using VS 2003 on Outlook 2003.
This is a VS COM addin, and works perfect on Outlook 2003. We used
Office XP PIA.

My users use Outlook 2003 and we have a Merak POP3 server. Sometimes some
users get duplicate emails. They can be receiving from 2 to 15 copies of an

button.  How do I configure it so that it is done without asking to receive
mail?
