Hello, I am trying to create a link to our public calendar.  When I run
"outlook:Public Folders\All Public Folders\Staff" Outlook opens but
then I get:

I use two e-mail preview programs - they both are not 100% accurate although
they used to be. I receive ± 100 messages per day. (I've been using PCs
since the early '90s and was not careful at first 'cause I didn't know
better.) Luckily, the preview programs make it easy to delete ...

i delete emails and it only crosses them out and does not put them in the
deleted box...how can i move them there?

Iam trying to figure out how to disallow certain users from deleting
email from their inbox. I have a few users that delete item they are
not supposed to and would like to know if i can disable them from doing
so. Or is there a way to disable the empty deleted items?

I am using IMAP and I would like to config outlook to bring all my emai
to the default "personal folders" or delete that folder. Is tha

My partner set up our outlook account. she used her name as the email adress
a.g. mrs-smith@whatever. Iv set up a new account in my name mr-smith@whatever
but am still receiving emails with her adress. How can I stop these from

Why is it that when you submit a query or form or whatever to a site
which provides for that kind of correspondence, a copy of your e-mail
message to them doesn't appear in your own 'Sent Items'.  If it doesn't
reflect there, how do you know if you've sent it?

This is happened recently. When I receive an email and try to use a hypolink,
it is blocked, and opens a box titled 'locate the link browser'. I use
Firefox, so how do I restore the path to the link browser. Until a month ago,
