New computer...Activating Outlook 200325 Nov 2006 22:21 GMT2
I just purchased a new computer. It came with Outlook 2003 trial on it.
I have Outlook 2003 on my old computer so I chose the option to not
activate the trial but to use the Product ID of a purchased  copy. I
did and it says it is an invalid product key. What? It worked just fine

with Outlook 2003.  Have something like 1,000 contacts.
Recently opened another office with a new pc, same setup as the 1st

Suddenly, over a week's worth of e-mail messages disappeared from the inbox
in Microsoft Outlook 2003, (NOT Outlook Express). What happened and what can
be done to fix the problem?
This just occurred about two days ago. The most recent date in my inox is

It is not possible via the web interface.  Can she do it via Outlook?

With OE I often drag a particular email from my POP3 Inbox to a folder of
one of my Hotmail accounts.
Outlook 2007 is not letting me do this.  I get an error saying "Cannot move
this item".  If I try right clicking it and selecting Move To Folder I get

I am receiving loads of  'no subject' e mails into my inbox, is there a way
of dealing with this problem as the create rule tool cannot create a rule
based on an e mail that has no subject or content.
What causes these mails anyway?

Does anybody have an idea as to why Outlook 2003 does not actually terminate
when closed?  This has only recently started.
I've tried the X Close button, File Exit and Alt F4 but all leave
Outlook.exe running as a Process in Task Manager. The only way to get rid of

Any ideas on how to keep an Outlook Web Access session active on the user side
other than hitting the inbox button or refreshing the page manually? There is
no setting to poll mail at a selected interval.

Whenever I launch Outlook 2003 and it connects to my Pop mail account
over a wireless internet connection, my wireless mouse starts behaving
erratically and can't be used from within Outlook. it will still work
in other programs but not in Outlook. And it works fine in Internet

I just started evaluating Office 2007 to see what changes there are to
motivate a deployment and what issues there may be.
(I must say I have been somewhat impressed by the "Ribbon" interface
thing, and it does appear and sound convenient, but takes time to get
