I use Outlook primarily for the Calendar application. My default E-mail application is Outlook Express. Yet every time that I run Outlook to look at my calendar, it resets itself as the default E-mail program! I do not want it to do that, but I can't find a way to stop it.

How can I configure Outlook and Windows so that users have their PST files on the Server. We use POP3 only. The idea is that laptop users get their PST "offline" too and then syncronize when back on the LAN. Any ideas?
