I want to make a user to view another user mails, with Outlook. Forward emails via Exchange is not good enough, because that way only the incoming mails he will be able to view, not the sent items. I tried to use the option "Open these additional mailboxes" on Outlook

G'day, every time I send an email with an attachment it gets removed before the email gets to the resipeant. How can I stop this. the files are clean of all Virus's but for sume resone the files get deleted.

I'm trying to add 3 more email addresses to the existing 6 in my current list. They seem to be added ok, the POP3 and SMTP servers are correct, the Username and Passwords are correct in the setup and I can send mail from any of the new addresses.

I want to add a POP 3 email account to my Outlook 2003. I want my Exchange email to still go to my Exchange Inbox and my POP3 to go to a PST inbox. By default, the POP3 email goes to my Exchange inbox. The only place that I see where I can change that is: Tools / email
