I officially give up.  I had this problem with Outlook 2003 but it got

I have installed Outlook 2003 on a new computer.  I have configured it
exactly as it was on the old computer, with one exception.  I have
changed the location of the pst file.
When I click on Test Account Settings, everything looks good.  It

same password for years and now I can't open OP.  anyone out there ever

Is there a way of viewing all your completed tasks, the ones that are not
being displayed. Once the task has been completed then this task is removed
from the current view. The current view is ordered by categories, then
priority and then by date.

Is there a way to allocate particular colours to the palette of colours used
for labels?  I know we can change the text associated with a Label, but I
need to change the colour of the label, rather than sticking with the ones
provided.  I can't find a way to change them.

I want to create rules where emails are sent to particular folders after they
have been read. How do I do this? The  rules and alerts section in my outlook
2003 version doesn't seem to allow me to do this.

I am in a small distributed (geographically) design team who regularly
communicate with each other over a long periods by email.
Some conversations go on for months and people get quite passionate
