I have a book on Outlook 2003 that mentions the ability to change the order
of how rules are processed. It says to open the rules wizard and select the
rule you wish to change the order of and use the Move up or Move down button
to change it's position. I don't have these buttons ...

Moving the Pst file seem to move all the e-mail, contacts, ...

Where is the setting where I tell Outlook how much time delay after I
highlight a new message to be marked read? Another words, say I get message
from XYZ and when I highlight it now, it automatically shows it is read
after 1-second I think or something.

I have various problems with Windows Mobile Device Center, but

I created a rule that moves all messages from a domain to a folder under my
inbox.  This used to work but not anymore.
The rule is as follows:
Apply this rule after the message arrives from xyz.com move it to the xyz

What is the most efficient method to synchronize Outlook 2003 between two
computers? Merely copying the Outlook.pst file from one computer to the

what exactly this rule "On this computer only" means to a message. Is this my
