My friend has recntly succumbed to my persuasion and chosen Firefox as her default browser. However, hyperlinks in emails in her Outlook inbox always open up in Internet Explorer. How can we make email links open up FF (XP sp2) ?

I few days ago i tried send a message using an account that I have cancelled. Of course, my username is refused and the message is not sent. Should be easy delete or send using another account, but I can't see the message in the Outbox. I see in the Status Bar that Outlook is

Outlook 2000. AN MSN mail recipients' name disappears when trying to send a zip file attachment. Am able to send attachment/message to other recipients. Had to use WEBMAIL to get the job done.

In OL03 I've ranked my prospects with lettered categories (A, B, C, D, F) When I go to find all of my A Prospects, Advanced Find pulls up all of my contacts with a category that contains an "a", such as "Alzheimer's Mail".

Is there a way to close Outlook from a command line? I need to have it closed before I do my daily backup on a remote machine. Outlook runs on this machine to archive all the emails managed through Exchange. Thanks
