When I open a new message > click on the To; for an e mail address; I
always have to click the dropdown at Show Names From the .........list.
I have to pull up my Contacts.
How do I set my Contacts as the default.

I have a strange problem where:
User A sends a meeting invite to User B.
User B has a secretary (User C) who has permissions to send on behalf

i am using Outlook 2003.   In the "All Mail Folders" section, i see TWO
"Personal Folders" tree node.  Both are pointing to the same same
location, namely:
   res://C:\Program Files\Microsoft

I set up Outlook 2003 SP2 (11.8010.6568) to use my IMAP account.
I created the following rules to run on  IMAP account:
Rule A -> move message from sender A to email subfolder A of personal folder
Rule B -> move message from sender B  to email subfolder B of personal

I try to import a file from excel.  It imports 9 records and stops.  The
message is "Map1 Error ox80070057. Try again later"
I try again later and get the same results.

We have a total of 4 mailadresses in our family. 3 of these are derrived from
the headadress (account?).
Outlook Express can distribute the mails to 4 different computers, simply by
leaving the mails for the other 3 familymembers on the mailserver.

I hate new ClearType font in outlook2007, i can turn off Cleartype and
change mail font, but cant change Menu font, now it use Segoe or
Calibri without ClearType and it look awful.

Pardon me posting to crossed groups. I don't know which group I shall be
posted to.
As I suspect it is related to gpo but it is also outlook, but also relate to
logon script in server.

I'm still trying to find a way to bring multiple *.pst to the
folder list. I have about 20 pst folders created in OL 2000
since there was the 2 gig limit. Some are merely archives
of emails created over the years ( OL 97 > OL 2000 ) etc.

I know how to solve this problem by using outlook express, but I don't know
how to do that using office outlook. I mean pc is broken and my task is to
take hdd and save outlook messages and contacts somehow. Any Ideas ?
