Looking for some advice please. We introduced Exchange 2003 to a new
site and deployed Outlook 2003 using the CIW but the Outlook Address
Book wasn't added to users profiles.
That means users can't select recipients from their Contacts folders

After having no problem in XP with WDS 3.0 the OL2007 mail folders don't get
indexed anymore after upgrading to Vista, although OL is listed in the

Running fairly new Dell E510 w/XP & Office 2003 Pro => desk-top notification
of incoming e-mail(s), but Outlook inbox shows nothing new & no unopened
letter icons.  After system re-start, XP log-on page shows two unread
messages for user, but again nothing in inbox.

On one of my Outlook accounts, whenever I receive a message it shows the
time being 6 hrs in front. I contacted my provider and they say their server
times are all correct. If it was showing a server default, the timezones we
are in means it would show as arriving 6 hrs behind?? ...

I have to reset my mailbox and my profile (I mean: re-starting the
profile from zero, deleting all the e-mails, calendar etc.) on a Outlook
client synchronized with Exchange Server, and I have to do that from
Outlook.
