Stating that the user has one unread e-mail occurs. I recently deleted one user from the system and deleted one account of mine to add another. At the time I deleted them I didn't think any were unread. How do I get rid of this message.

Outlook 2000 A user can not see their contacts folder when sending emails. You can serach and find the contacts. You can view their contacts from their client (Contacts stored on server)

Ok. After some fighting, I migrated my Hotmail Plus to Windows Live Mail Plus. I had to ask the customer care to unlock some issues that avoid this product integration.

When I click on my Outlook 2003 desktop icon I get a dialog box saying "The operation failed'." and all I can do is click on the OK button. Is there such a thing as 'safe mode' in Outlook 2003 so that I can get into my file?

Is there a method, either directly or with the macro language to make rules based on the actual HTML code rather than on the rendered HTML message body. I want to right something that catches some SPAM messages that are random text and images.
