For years I have received wonderful looking e-mails from vendors,
advertisers, etc. who imbed an HTML doc into the body of their e-mail,
so when I open the e-mail I am presented with a colorful, interactive
document, yet I have NEVER been able to figure out how in the world

Not sure if this is a Printer or Outlook 2003 (Exchange 2003 SP2) issue.
Certain e-mails print out with very tiny text. Any reasons? Ricoh CL3500DN I
believe. PostScript 3.

Each time I do an Outlook 2007 search "Tools/Instant Search/Advanced Find" I
have to press the Browse button and check the "Search Subfolders" box.
How do I default to always have the "Search Subfolders" checked?

all of a sudden my outlook 2003 version keeps crashing ,with the "sorry for
the inconvenience etc etc " an error has occurred,then asking me to restart

Trying to export data from Outlook and get the subject message.  It then

I am still waiting for Microsoft to fix the screwy keyboard control handling
in Outlook. Ctrl+backspace is supposed to delete the word preceding the
caret, not insert unknown char Unicode square blocks. Arrow keys are
supposed to move the caret around, not just make it blink ...

Im going to have more than one person using a computer with outlook and want
to share it.  Can you have 2 seperate accounts or users on here with seperate

Previous in e2k we used pub. folders as our meeting rooms calender.

I installed the pst backup tool from microsoft.com and followed the on
screen instructions to install and set up.
to backup the tutorial tells me to go to file - backup but backup is not
there.

I lost my latest PST file a while back, and have been trying to regain
as much as possible from backup PST's with various dates.  I have had
a lot of trouble doing this with the import feature of Outlook 2002.
I either end up with a lot of duplicates, or I lose existing files.

When I send email it goes through the outbox and then to sent items

Hi, is there any way to see when an appointment or meeting was placed on a
calendar?
We have some shared calendars and i'd like to see when and who placed an
item on the calendars. We're using Outlook XP.
