Recently I moved from OE to Outlook 2002 but I have problem - when I type e-mail addresses Outlook doesn't automatically complete it. I searched microsoft support and I found this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287623/ but it doesn't resolve my problem.

I would like to add an "Empty folder" menu choice similar to that available on the Recycling Bin or the Outlook Junk Email folder to another folder's context menu in my Outlook 2003 personal folder. Is this possible? Can the "right-click" context menus be edited?

One of my users has a weird issue. Using Outlook 2007, when she tries to open a .tif attachment it tries to open in Word, which won't open the file. Save it to her computer and Picture and Fax viewer opens the tif. I don't see anywhere in Outlook where you would specify that.
