Using Office 2003 in Win XP Pro. Word is set as e-mail editor in Outlook.
Word is set to use smartquotes, as they look better than the plain straight
quotes, in Word documents.

I have got a problem with Outlook 2003 which is causing me problems

I'm continuing my quest to see if I can get Outlook to do what I
want. I'm using Word 03 as a Rich Text editor for Outlook.
First of all, I'm appalled that it forces the user to top post. I
set the quoteback to be prefixed with "> "; fine. But then

Whenever I come out of standby and then start Outlook 2007, I get a message
that "A datafile did not close properly last time it was used and is being
checked for problems". It almost a minute for Oulook to start.
Has anyone else seen this?
