Using Office 2003 in Win XP Pro. Word is set as e-mail editor in Outlook.
Word is set to use smartquotes, as they look better than the plain straight
quotes, in Word documents.

I have been looking for a way to apply a letter head to all outgoing
messages, wether new, repied, forwarded. Is there any solution to this from
within Outlook 2007, e.g. forms,and if so how. If however not is there any
addin that would do?

1.  remove all categories from a large group of items? Grouping by

I'm continuing my quest to see if I can get Outlook to do what I
want. I'm using Word 03 as a Rich Text editor for Outlook.
