Hiya.. I have a user that, when they receive a message from a particular law firm, and they attempt to reply to it, the text from the original message is removed, though, the law firms 'disclaimer' remains

When using Outlook (typing an email) it Freezes when emails come in and the pop up shows the email. using Outlook over http. using IE 7 too. An ideas? I can still do other things just not in outlook. eg. task

i installed office 2003 about an year ago. now my outlook can not send/recieve. i have tried fixing it by uninstalling and reinstalling it but there is no change. any thoughts out there?

I have duplicates contacts, yet the duplicates are not identical. For example, the street address is identical, yet the name is slight different because of misspelling. Is there an automatic way to search for such duplicates and remove them?

I run Outlook 2007 on Windows XP Pro SP2. When I reboot my computer ... the first time I start Outlook and go to close it ... It still runs in task manager. It doesn't use any CPU time so normally I would just say the heck with it but .... it does use anywhere from 66M to 127M of ...

Daughter's OE is not working and instructions say re-install. Unable to delete the failed OE because it does not show up in add/remove program. Can I download OE without removing the remnants of the failed OE?

I've just noticed an odd function within outlook 2003. If you create a new message, at the very top of the vertical scroll bar is a little grey rectangle. If you hover your mouse over this box you can then drag it down to horizontally split the window pane. Both panes remain
