I seem to have a problem in that each time I startup Outlook XP with
accessing Exchange I get a dialogue box coming up asking for a username /

The toolbar design in Office 2007 still makes me crazy even after a few
months of use.  Is there a way to revert to something closer to the Office
2003 text base toolbars.

This seems to a be a well-known problem. I have tried the following:
1 Carried out the setps in KB article 290684. I do not have a problem
carrying out the procedure, and everything happens as I expect, but it
does not fix the problem.

Outlook can be a strange beast!
For some reason it refuses to start because it says it requires OE4.01 or
greater. The problem is, there is the latest version of OE (6.xx) already
installed on the system.
