I have created a distribution list from my existing contacts in ACT. I erased it by mistake. Is there a way to recover it without going back to the existing Outlook contacts and selecting contacts again, i.e going through this procedure once again. Thank you.

When I mark new email as junk mail I want to have it automatically deleted. I have not figured out a way to do that with the rules wizard--only previously identified junk is automatically deleted after setting up the rule.
