I have a rule that reads " apply this rule after I send the message,
move a copy tothe MyCopies folder". What I've noticed is that it
doesn't included emails that are replies, only emails that I
originate. I don't see any option to get around that in the Rules

I have 2 profiles in Outlook 2003.  I need one to access email while in the
office and another to access email on my Sprint wireless card.  I need both
because the outgoing mail servers are different for each scenario.

I manage multiple distribution lists, and often have to remove a
contact from myriad distro lists.  Is there any way to pull this off
without having to delete the contact from each list individually?  I'm

Hey just a silly question in outlook 2003 .. the when printing a daily
report from the calander it has a "notes" section .. Is that for hand
written notes only? or is that supposed to print notes from the note
