When I reply to certain other Outlook user's messages, the spacing between
each line of my reply is enormous.  How can I easily reset it to normal line
spacing?

I am trying to setup a common email folder on my work network.  I want
to be able to configure the folder to allow people to put emails into
the folder but not be able to delete emails once placed.  I have
played with the permissions and I can keep people from deleting the

 Outlook 2007 will download my messages, but will not display them
all.  For example, if OL2007 tells me that it has received 10
messages, only 5 will be displayed.  The others are simply not shown.
They are not redirected to JunkMail or Spam folders (I have no

I have checked Tools - Options - Default reminder.
If I am in the inbox and choose New - Appointment the reminder box is
checked. If I create the appointment from any place in the calendar  (either
by New - Appointment or clicking on the calendar) the reminder is unchecked.

I have a somewhat serious, and VERY annoying problem. Whenever I send

I'm new to outlook so am a little unfamiliar with my way around.  My problem
is that some friends have reported that they are receiving two copies of any
emails I send them.  
Is this my problem or theirs.  Can I change my settings in some way to

We have a client machine whose NK2 file is cleared on reboot.  We have
tried creating deleting the nk2 file to have OL create a new one,
created a new OL profile with no luck.  When we copied another users
nk2 file to his directory and renamed it to his profile the data is

I am using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange Server 2003 at my internet
provider. I can access my synchronized contacts via Outlook 2003 or
OWA. I want to set up a rule that moves messages containing "[spam]"
in the subject field into the junk folder, but I need to exempt

and if i don't put it in each and every time it looks for emails or sends

the To, CC or BCC fields, I have no entries in my address book, even though
