how do you stop e-mails from automatically downloading when you open outlook
2007.  i would like to be able to open outlook 2007 and have it wait for me
to select 'receive' before downloading e-mails to my system.
i know there is a way to do it in outlook 2003 but i do not ...

While sending email in MS Outlook 2003 error showong Interface not registed.
Please give me solution how to rectify it.

I run a 2.7 with 1gig ram and windows xp. I have outlook 2007 for my
mail. it starts up very slow the full program takes about 3 min to come
up is there a setting i can turn off so it will run faster or is it just
the program.

In which directory are all emails, contacts and settings stored for Outlook 2003 (not: Outloook Express) ?
Is this directory somewhere mentioned inside Outlook ?
I did not found a setting resp. entryfield somewhere in the option or preferences in Outlook.

When I first installed Outlook 2003 I had a problem downloading large
attachments (>4 mb).
I've just installed Outlook 2007 and am running into the same problem.

i am trying to send an automatic mail from excel VBA to the outlook

I have a user that is connecting via a VPN connection who is unable to create
or send e-mails in Outlook 2003.  He can open up Outlook and read e-mail but
not create or send e-mail.  He is connecting via a VPN connection.

Can i use outlook connector without outlook? I want to use it from c++ code,
is it possible?
In documentation for this connector there is a list with two files which
maybe i can use:

I have a problem email in my Out Box.  It tries to send, can't, and
then spawns hundreds of tries.   I have to use Task Manger to stop
Outlook.

My In Box recieves the same New Message Twice since I up-dated from "Express
to Outlook 2003. There is surely a simple answer to solve this probleme.

Mails are in UTF-8 coding and Outlook is also configured to UTF-8. But to
