This is an odd one......I think. We have one (of 21 networked) user who can't click on a website link in her email and get it to go to the web. When she clicks on the link, nothing happens at all. Anyone have a clue what the problem might be?

I have a user who is using windows xp and office 2003 in English however her Inbox says Boite de reception instead of Inbox, and her sent,drafts etc is in French also. Whats weird is the rest of outlook is in English. How do I fix this

OK, I'm going insane. I just want to export a portion of my contacts based on the Category Type. I can't find anything in the help file. Tells me how to export lots of things, but I can't find this. Thank you for your help.

In our pop3 proxy, we need to hide some messages from outlook. In LIST, outlook sees all IDs (say, IDs 1 2 3). Then when, outlook does "RETR 1", we scan the message and assume it's infected. We want outlook to get nothing. No message and no error.

I'm trying to add a new contact in Outlook and keep getting the same error message, whenther I try to save it, save it and new, ot save it and close. What gives? Obviously, I'm new to Vista and Off 07

On my home computer it has been a while that Outlook constantly asks me to confirm the Username and Password. No Exchange, just Pop3. Multiple accounts ans irregularly on any of them. I saw a post on the subject in January but cannot find it anymore.

Someone is forging my domain name to their email. I am trying to set up a rule for all the bounced email that I am receiving. There doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it but delete it. I've sent hundreds of emails to spam@uce.gov with no luck.

"MS Office Outlook 2003 has encountered a problem and needs to close.." I am totally unable to open Outlook, even in Safe Mode. On occasion, it ask if I want to run the "Detect and Repair" but it runs it for XP

I just installed the 2007 update of Office. Everything installed fine, however I can't open Outlook. The error message says there are errors in my Personal Folders.pst. and to use Scanpst.exe to repair it. I can't find the file. I did a search and also looked in the Program ...
