I am receiving the following error when I launch Outlook 2007 -
Personal Folders: The file c:\users\david\desktop\dwb-archive.pst
cannot be found.
It is an old .pst file that I no longer need ..

Have a question how do I backup for outlook 2007?

I am seeking to use rules to presort my incoming emails to folders.
I would like to be able to see ALL email in my INBOX AND ALL Unread
email in the folders.
Is there anyway to accomplish this?  I don't see a way to do this

I created a new imap account to test the settings in outlook for my
mothers aol account. They worked and so i deleted the account. When
she logged on to aol, all of her emails were gone (i downloaded them)
and when i deleted the account, the subsequent pst file was removed

I need help!!! We just installed outlook 2003 and I have a hard time
reading some emails. This is all I can see when I open some emails. So
i dont know why some emails look okay and readable while others you
can read at all.. Sample below:

I'm unable to get my sender name to appear in emails, instead it just shows
my email address. I've added the relevant details in account settings,
unfortunately it still won't work. I'm connecting to AOL Mail via IMAP. Any
suggestions would be appreciated!

3 outlook 2003 machines, all using pop3 accounts. On all the machines,
emails come in during the day; sometimes a random email message
disappears leaving no trace of ever being in the inbox. They do not
get sent to the junk mail, or deleted items, they just disappear.

Whenever I open Outlook it configures itself as the default email client.
After I close Outlook I change the default in programs back to Outlook
express just to have this repeat.
I don't want Outlook to be the default. How can I manage this?

In Outlook 07 I am trying to sort my contacts by last name alphabetically -
can't seem to figure out out to do this. Need help.

This problem is driving me nuts, I am using Outlook 2003 and I'm having
trouble with the signatures.
I have 4 email account set up, I have created 4 different signatures under
options > mail format, I have not set the new and replies default signature
