After working hard to reduce the size of a PowerPoint document from 59MB to
4KB, what do you think I did--I accidentally sent the 59MB doc.  Now it's
stuck in my Outlook outbox and will not budge no matter what I do or how I
try to delete it.  Any other mail I try to send won't ...

How does one create new stationary in 07?  I have looked everywhere and what
was easy under former programs seems hidden now.

When I receive new emails they sometimes show up as unread mail in brackets
next to the inbox folder in the Mail pane, but they are not visible in the
central Inbox pane where I read the email. I have to select a sub folder
then go back to my inbox for the mail to become visible.

We recently (2-3 weeks ago) upgraded from 6 year old HP machines
running Win2K Pro and Office 2K Pro to brand new Dell machines (One
Optiplex 740 and one Inspiron 7400) running Win XP and Office 2007
Pro.

I set up my accounts while using outlook but I cant send emails, or recieve
any emails without going to other on line sites such as aol, hotmail, I have
checked and re-checked but still unable to send or recieve any emails

i created a free hotmail account.I have installed outlook 2007.can you
please let me know how to configure my outlook2007 for hotmail?

I know this has come up frequently before, and that current Calendar settings
do not allow for any but the current month to display when opening month
view.  HOWEVER, does anyone have a macro that could be put at the top of the
tool bar that does the same thing, i.e., opens month ...

Somebody has sent me an email with embedded/attached images in it, but all
of the images appear to be small 2KB snapshots of the original pic icons
rather than the actual pics.
For example, if I double-click one of these jpgs I get the standard windows

For me, it takes considerable trial and error and effort to get the various
mail folder columns and fonts set up the way I want them.  I am getting
ready to do a clean install on my hard drive.  Is there a way to save the
formatting information for later use?

My outlook 2003 is connected to MS exchange 2003 server, In past, I will add
some email address to junk e-mail list using web browser, but now I cannot
add in junk e-mail list use web browser now, it show "Unable to add the
list, The maximum size for the list is 1024 entries" or ...

I install MS Outlook 2003, and also MS Project 2007. When I online MS
Outlook, any time when there is message come in my mail box. Window display "
Microsoft config gathering ms project information"

Purchased new computer 5/30/07.  I was receiving e-mails ok, but was not
sending ok until I removed the trial McAfee.  Now can send, but not receive.  
Was told by internet provider that I needed the link to reformat Outlook
2007.

I'm out of the office every friday. (not on vacation sadly, just working
somewhere else)
So I'd like to have an Out Of Office reply set up that will automatically
run every friday.

I'm trying to figure out how to make the names of the pictured icons show up
when you roll the mouse over it for a few seconds.  I'm setting up my Outlook
3 and my sisters.  Mine does it and hers does not.
Any suggestions?
