I recently had a user of Microsoft Outlook 2003 report a strange
problem to me. She stated when she opened her inbox all the emails
were gone and upon investigation she found them all in her contacts
folder. Is this possible/ how can it happen and how do we get them

When someone sends me an invite and I accept the invitation the entry is not
added into my calendar.  The person receives the acceptance.  I checked web
access and there's no calendar entry.   Any idea where I should look?

Hi. When I try to email a webpage to someone, Outlook immediately opens with
the email template but it is always missing the send button and there is no
option under actions to send it either. What is going on? Thanks!!!

up at the bottom right hand corner I press on the error and a box comes up

My Subject line fairly well states the question. I realize Outlook Express
does not give the option of a solid line to the left in a reply (that can be
broken) but I was wondering if Microsoft has pursued the same course with

has no "Favorites Folder" - how do I add one?  Or... if it does have one, how
do I get it to show up in the Folders List window?
